I’m Back!
As some of you may have noticed, I pulled the website down for a few months. What happened is that I left my job in Public Accounting and went to work for a hedge fund that focuses on precious metals (think gold and silver) and mining companies. After spending a few weeks there I seriously missing Public Accounting and returned to the firm. One of the interesting things about working for a hedge fund is that personal trading is discouraged and all trades must be disclosed. Additionally, posting public information was not permitted because it could be traced back to the fund, which is a big no no. At any rate, the need to remain anonymous and not violate SEC rules led me to pull down the site. Now that I’m free, the site is back up and running. Unfortunately, in the process of pulling the site down I lost the old blog posts. I have some of the old posts and will repost those, but we’ll be starting fresh going forward. Enjoy!
